Common Issues
Bank Connection Issues
If you're having trouble connecting to your bank:
- Verify your GoCardless credentials are correct in Settings
- Check that your bank is supported by GoCardless
- Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
- Ensure you're completing the full OAuth flow with your bank
Transaction Import Problems
Transactions not showing up? Try these steps:
- Check that your bank connection hasn't expired
- Verify the date range you selected has transactions
- Some banks limit historical data availability
- Look for errors in Extensions → TrekBudget → View Logs
Auto-Fetch Not Working
If automatic fetching isn't running:
- Ensure auto-fetch is enabled in Settings
- Verify your GoCardless credentials are valid
- Check that your bank connections are active
- The trigger runs at 2 AM - check your sheet in the morning
License Activation Issues
Problems activating your Pro license?
- Double-check that your license key is entered correctly
- Ensure you have an active internet connection
- Verify your license hasn't expired
- Contact support with your order details for assistance
