Common Issues

Bank Connection Issues

If you're having trouble connecting to your bank:

  • Verify your GoCardless credentials are correct in Settings
  • Check that your bank is supported by GoCardless
  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
  • Ensure you're completing the full OAuth flow with your bank

Transaction Import Problems

Transactions not showing up? Try these steps:

  • Check that your bank connection hasn't expired
  • Verify the date range you selected has transactions
  • Some banks limit historical data availability
  • Look for errors in Extensions → TrekBudget → View Logs

Auto-Fetch Not Working

If automatic fetching isn't running:

  • Ensure auto-fetch is enabled in Settings
  • Verify your GoCardless credentials are valid
  • Check that your bank connections are active
  • The trigger runs at 2 AM - check your sheet in the morning

License Activation Issues

Problems activating your Pro license?

  • Double-check that your license key is entered correctly
  • Ensure you have an active internet connection
  • Verify your license hasn't expired
  • Contact support with your order details for assistance
